Our restaurant is located in Victoria, BC and fully serves a wide range of asian-style cuisine, and offers take-out and dine-in service enjoyed by locals and visitors alike with reasonable price. Now, we are hiring an experienced Cook.

Main duties:

• Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work areas
• Manage kitchen operations
• Food preparation

Requirement:

– Completion of secondary school.
– 2 years or more experience as a commercial cook.

Wage and working hours: $21.18– $22.00 per hour with 30-40 hours a week.
